The organizational structure of EHRCEPA is composed of General Assembly, Board, and Committee; The Association is governed by elected board and executive committee. The Committee runs the day-to day works. EHRCEPA directed by the Executive director, and Executive committee. The leadership is participatory, accessible and transparent to member stakeholders by and large. The General assembly is the highest decision making body in EHRCEPA.
