EHRCEPA currently operates in four regions: (Amhara, Dire Dawa, Somali and Addis Ababa) with large number of population living in the selected target areas (districts and kebels). Currently, EHRCEPA runs its activities from its head office, in Addis Ababa and four coordination offices in Debre Birhan 130km North, Dire Dawa 537km East, Merhabete 180km North- West and Mida-Woromo 226km North- West Addis.

The target population of EHRCEPA is composed mainly women, children, youth, farmers, Persons with Disability, PLWHA, Refugee and internally displaced people, Elders, FBOS's, CBO's, CSO's, and government organizations.
